New Year Greetings from Doctors Housing and Educational Pvt. Trust (DHEPT).

Since the inception of our Doctors Housing and Educational Pvt. Trust in the year 2007, we are for the first time coming up with a hill station project at the most sought hill station, Yercaud, Salem. Interestingly, this is our 27th project, in the heart land of YERCAUD, Kiliyur Village, Salem.

This project is spread in about 7 acres of farm land comprising of 41 farm sites ranging from 10 cents to 20 cents.

The highlight of the project is the Location advantage as the project is situated just Less than a Km from the Yercaud Lake which is the centre place of Yercaud. Renowned projects such as WILD ORCHID VILLAS, GREEN MEADOWS are just ahead of our project and the Kiliyur falls is just a 5 mins drive from our project. Reputed institution Vinayaka Mission International School is close to our project. Thus, making the investment more attractive for the prospective buyers to invest. The near presence of this institution and the other popular projects makes our project more attractive and the upside on the investment in future will be phenomenal.

This initiative by our trust to launch our first hill station project was based on the popular demand from our doctor’s fraternity. Also, we had shortlisted few hill stations but due to the proximity and weather condition prevailing in Yercaud throughout the year, the trust decided to consider Yercaud over the other hill stations.

Also, please note, our Legal team has carried out the project legal due diligence and are satisfied with the Title of the property.

We have priced the farm site much aggressive compared to the other projects in the neighbourhood namely WILD ORCHID VILLAS, GREEN MEADOWS, etc.

The allotment of the Farm Sites is scheduled on 2nd February 2025. Site visits commence from 25th January onwards. Doctors please plan your visit accordingly and book Farm site of their choice by paying Rs.50,000/- as booking advance.
