Description
Greetings from our Doctors Housing & Educational (P) Trust. After years of our continuous efforts in bringing the best projects for our Doctors fraternity, we now take this opportunity to present our 24th Housing Layout Project.
We are encouraged by the tremendous response we had got from our earlier projects in the City of Salem namely “Doctors Salem Uptown” at Kondappanaickenpatti,Salem and “Doctors Lakeview Garden” at Kannankurichi ,Salem. Both the projects indeed are our milestone projects and had given considerable yield to our Investors. The above facts have encouraged us to scout a good place for our third project @ Salem and we found the stretch from Ammapet to Vazhapadi shall be the NEW GROWTH PROSPECTS FOR THE CITY OF SALEM as this stretch is growing at a very rapid pace considering the infra-structure and the on-going developments happening in and around the place. Additionally, the “Chennai Salem Green Field Expressway” connecting Chennai to Salem , near to our project shall only make this place grow multi folds and we are certain that this will be the “NEW SALEM”.
Hence, we have finalized 5.66 acres @ Karipatti,Salem which has 113 Plots of various sizes ranging from 533 sq.ft to 5200 sq.ft. We have named the project as “Doctors Hill View Garden “ as backdrop of the project is surrounded by hills.
The Launch of our "Doctors Hill View Garden" @ Karipatti, Salem is Scheduled on 20th August 2023 @ 10.00am onwards.
We request everyone to participate and book plot(s) of your choice by paying Rs.50,000/- per plot,by way of Cash / Cheque / DD as booking advance payable to the Doctors Housing & Educational Pvt.Trust. Please note that the Trust has decided to Allot the plots on First Come First Serve basis.However ,we request the interested doctors to send us the enclosed Application to us on or before 18th August 2023.
