During this festive season, we are proud and elated to Launch our 25th Project and most awaited Housing Layout Project "Doctors Maragadam Gardens" approved by DTCP and TNRERA at Magizhambadi village, Trichy.
The project is situated on Trichy-Ariyalur state Highway and it is just 3.50 kms from the Chennai Trichy National Highway (GST Road). To be more precise, the road is after "SRM MEDICAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL" and about a Km before the "DHANALAKSHMI SRINIVASAN UNIVERSITY" which leads to our project. The near presence of these two institutions make our project more attractive and the upside on the investment in future will be phenomenal.
We were scouting for lands in Trichy for a very long time and the price quoted by the Land owners are drastically high and that made us wait until we get the right opportunity. The place identified by us now has a tremendous potential in future to grow considerably and more importantly the current price is very affordable. Hence, our trust has finally consummated a deal for the benefits of the Doctors across Tamil Nadu to Invest in TRICHY. Trichy is the center point of Tamil Nadu and the polical parties had in the past voiced out to have Trichy as its second capital.

- Rs. 435/- per sq.ft for phase 3 Plots (63 plots in total), exclusive of Registration cost.
- Rs. 450/- per sq.ft for phase 2 plots (97 plots in total), exclusive of Registration cost.
" A plot of 1200 sq.ft will cost Rs. 5,50,000/- and hence we have termed it as BUDGET PLOTS with a potential upside on the investment".
